If you ever feel like you didn't get the value you expected, just let us know. We'll review your request and usually refund you based on how many credits you've actually used.

1. How Refunds Work
Send an email to contactpollyai@gmail.com with your account details. We'll check your remaining credits and calculate your refund from there.
Example:
Bought 100 credits, used 10 → refund for the 90 unused credits.
2. Timing
Refunds are generally available within 30 days of purchase and will be sent back to your original payment method.
3. Not Covered
- Credits already used to generate forms.
- Refund requests made after 30 days.
4. Keeping It Fair
Our goal is to make sure you leave with a good experience, even if you decide to move on. If something feels off, reach out — we'll do our best to make it right.
